I have a new follower who is incredibly talented musically. For me, it is an honor to have this amazing gal follow me on my blog! This got me to thinking about all those wonderfully talented musicians out there, and how music, played well, can touch your soul.
It amazes me how a good piece of music can bring forth emotions and paint pictures. I decided today that I would feature a song that is an all time favorite of mine. I love the way this song grabs my heart and delights my ears! It was featured in the Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour movie called “Somewhere in Time,” a great chick flick by the way…The song by Rachmaninoff, is called “Rhapsody.” The tender notes wrap around your heart and will transport you away…Give yourself about 5 minutes to sit and listen. Be sure to turn up the volume as you will not want to miss the way this song will carry you away!
