What do you do with all those turkey dinner leftovers? Make a Shepherd’s Pie of course! Easy to do, and I like easy in the kitchen, and loaded with all the flavors from last night’s dinner!

Ingredients:
Leftover broccoli, turkey, gravy, mashers and stuffing
Supplemented with a bit of green beans as there was not much broccoli leftover

Take a casserole dish and spray with a non-stick cooking spray. Then add the leftover broccoli along with the green beans.

1st Layer is broccoli and green beans

Cut up some of the turkey into chunks. This is your second layer.

2nd Layer is cut up turkey

Next, the gravy.

3rd Layer is the gravy

Follow this with the leftover garlic mashers.

4th Layer is the Garlic Mashers

Crumble the remaining stuffing over the potatoes.

Top with the leftover stuffing!

Bake in the oven preheated to 350 degrees until a thermometer stuck into the center reaches 160 degrees.

Right from the oven!

Let it sit for 5 minutes before spooning into bowls! And,

Dinner is served!
