As you may know we have a plethora of Pacific Chorus Frogs here in the Sierra Foothills! They entertain us during the day with their chirping, and at dusk they do a “march” out to the garden to eat more bugs that come out at night! In the early morning hours they return to their spots, where they nestle in for the day. Yesterday, I spotted one of these little critters in an unusual spot! We have a Chinese Maple on our deck at the front door, in a shady spot, and this little guy was resting where we had used a tie to hold the tree to a stake! So, his little butt is in a sling, as it were! Let’s go and check it out!
Here is what I first saw!
Isn’t that cute? Here he is from a different angle!
And one final shot of this little cutie! To give you an idea of how small this little guy is, the tape measures 1″ wide!
So? What do you think? Isn’t this cute?
Have an amazing Monday, and thank you for stopping by! Be well! ^..^
