I have been thinking about food lately and the fact that I have not done a food post of late. So I got to thinking about past posts and decided that today I would share some of my favorite food shots with links to recipes in case you would like to see how to make something.
Let’s start with my Oven Fried Pork Chops. This recipe is one that has made many, many boards on Pinterest.
I love prawns and just wish I could get my husband to eat them. Here are some yummy Tequila Prawns!
I love Pizza and we have it quite often. Here is a different kind of pizza, one with carne asada and salsa!
How about a pasta dish that is to die for? I got this recipe from Gregg in Hawaii…
Gregg’s Italian Chicken with Orzo!
In case you missed the burger challenge, here is a cheeseburger that will get your juices flowing!
Burger Challenge – One Man’s Meat
I hope that you have enjoyed this visit to the past with recipes and food photos! Enjoy your Wednesday, and thanks for visiting today!
That carne asada pizza certainly caught my eye–and my taste buds! Do you have Pinterest boards? I can get absolutely lost with those…I try not to check in too often. It could consume my life. LOL! Love the photos of the food…except that I’m now hungry! 🙂
The link to the recipe is below the photo! Let me know if you try it!
G’day Barb! JUST had brekkie, true!
I could go for a taste of of each one too!
Cheers! Joanne
What did you eat for breakfast my friend? I hope that it was good! You should try these recipes…I am sure that you and George will enjoy them! Hugs and kisses to you both!
Well – maybe your husband will try the tequila lime prawns if you leave in the tequila and take out the prawns…..ha ha! Pictures look great and truly make my mouth water. Thanks, I’m headed to the kitchen right now.
Which one are you making? The Tequila Prawns?
Stop it! I’m hungry now.
I am heading into the kitchen this weekend…How does a breaded chicken sound with a Parmesan tomato cream sauce with artichoke hearts, capers and mushrooms sound? Been too long where I have not done my experimenting in the kitchen. It was something I shared with my mother-in-law, a love for food, and her passing effected me…time to go back to what I love, and I know she will be watching over my choice of ingredients and measures!
Go for it Barb. She will approve whatever you do.
Best,
C
🙂
I’ll share the tequila prawns with you! Thanks for the recipe, I usually just grill them with butter and garlic but this sounds good too…
I served the Tequila Lime Prawns to a group of 150. I had 400 prawns that I cooked in my kitchen for a friends wedding. They were gone in a half hour. All of them! Very tasty! Let me know how these turn out for you and how well they are received! I look forward to hearing!
All these food, making me really hungry! Haha. Excellent photos.
