Would you like to join us this morning for breakfast? I will be serving up some linguica, eggs and a bit of cheddar…Come on, let’s head into the kitchen!
Slice the linguica thinly.
Brown in a saucepan. After browning, remove from pan and place on paper towel. Pat the remove the grease. Beat up some eggs, add butter to your pan and heat. Add the eggs, linguica, and a good bit of cheddar. Get your toast going. When the eggs are set, serve it up!Now wasn’t that easy and yummy too?

I was not familiar with the term linquica but I did surmise some type of sausage. Toss in some quartered red potatoes, onion and sweet peppers for the full meal deal:>)
What is linguica made of? Does it have an ethnic origin? Looks good!
Linguica is made from pork that has been smoked and seasoned with garlic and paprika…which is why the reddish color in the raw photos! Origin is Portuguese. I have been eating linguica since I was wee high to a boll weevil!
You makes me hungry for this post my friend ,Thanks for sharing 🙂
Great combo, my mouth is watering!!
We do love our linguica!
I’ve never heard of linguica. It looks nice and spicy. That would be great with eggs just like you did.
