What we experience here at dusk with the hummingbirds of the Sierra Foothills is so amazing! I took a video of the feeding frenzy that occurs before these little birds go to sleep for the night.

I love hummingbirds too. They are the funniest little creatures.
Love hummingbirds! We are actually going to be starting with our first feeder in the next month as we have started to see a couple of them exploring our yard for sweet nectar!
Make your own nectar. It is cheaper than store bought. Use one cup of sugar to 3 cups of water. Add a tiny bit of red food dye as they are attracted to the color red! Let me know how it goes…
