When I am not working at my job, I am working on my blog! Either I am preparing something, taking photos somewhere, or researching topics.
This morning I will be interviewing and photographing a gal who has a business here in the Foothills that is a bit unusual. It was exciting to discover that this gal that I have known through work for the last 5 years creates some really cool shoes!
On the food front, upcoming recipes include chicken in black bean sauce, salmon croquettes, and skewered flank steak…and maybe more…I never know where the wind will blow me!
