What do you do with all those turkey dinner leftovers? Make a Shepherd’s Pie of course! Easy to do, and I like easy in the kitchen, and loaded with all the flavors from last night’s dinner!
Ingredients:
Leftover broccoli, turkey, gravy, mashers and stuffing
Supplemented with a bit of green beans as there was not much broccoli leftover
Take a casserole dish and spray with a non-stick cooking spray. Then add the leftover broccoli along with the green beans.
Cut up some of the turkey into chunks. This is your second layer.Next, the gravy.Follow this with the leftover garlic mashers.Crumble the remaining stuffing over the potatoes.Bake in the oven preheated to 350 degrees until a thermometer stuck into the center reaches 160 degrees. Let it sit for 5 minutes before spooning into bowls! And,

Great idea and bet it tastes good as well. Thanks.
